All orders are processed within one to two business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a separate notification confirming that your order has shipped.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such times and assure you that we work diligently to fulfill all orders promptly.

Shipping Timeframes

For customers located within Nairobi, delivery typically takes approximately 24 hours after shipment. For customers located outside Nairobi, delivery generally takes between two to three business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. While we strive to meet these estimated timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or carrier delays. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your understanding should such delays occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JayMick Graphics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
