At JayMick Graphics, we take pride in creating high-quality branded merchandise and custom-printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure fairness for both our customers and our production team.

Custom and Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are non-returnable. Because these products are made to your specifications, they cannot be resold, and therefore we cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means the product must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Returns Due to Damage or Error

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will replace or reprint the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our support team immediately upon receiving the order with photographs and a description of the issue so we can promptly assist you.

Restocking Fee

If a return is requested for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors on our part, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover the administrative and labor costs associated with processing the returned items.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will replace, reprint, or correct any items that were made incorrectly or not according to your original order request.
